[BETA] Bardic Secrets

Constant Mockery lvl. 1 Secret
[Language Dependent, Emotion, Mind-Effecting]
You focus an unending stream of insults and taunts on the target, preventing them from focusing on anything or anyone but you.
SP: 3
Components: V
Casting Time: Standard Action
Duration: Sustain Minor
Save: Will negates

Chose one target that can hear you: as long as you sustain this effect, the target suffers a morale penalty equal to your CHA modifier to all die rolls and save DCs for any actions except for those that target or include you.

Mighty Shout lvl. 1 Array, lvl. 1Secret
[Sonic, Concussive]
A mighty exclamation drives an enemy backward.
SP: 3
Components: V
Casting Time: Standard Action
Range: Close (25ft +5ft per 2 caster levels)

Make a ranged touch attack against a single target in range. On a hit, deal sonic damage equal to your CHA modifier + caster level to the target and immediately initiate a Push basic technique against the target using your character level in place of your BaB and your CHA modifier in place of your STR modifier.

Sound Lance lvl. 1 Array, lvl. Secret
[Vin, Sonic, Concussive]
A pulse of concentrated noise strikes out at your foe.
SP: 3
Components: V
Casting Time: Standard Action
Range: 30ft +5 per caster level (increment)
Save: Fortitude partial (see text)

Make a ranged touch attack. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 +CHA modifier +caster level sonic damage. If this spell is cast against an object, it ignores 1 point of hardness per caster level.

The damage increases to 2d8 at 9th level and 3d8 at 18th level.

Special: You can cast this spell whenever you would normally be allowed to use a ranged Basic Strike.

Inspire Confidence lvl. 1 Secret
[Language Dependent, Emotion, Mind-Effecting]
The power of the Word causes your encouraging speech to linger in the minds of your allies.
SP: 3
Components: V, S
Casting Time: Standard Action
Range: Close (25ft +5ft per 2 levels)
Duration: 1 round per level

All allies within range gain a +1 morale bonus to attack and damage rolls for the duration of the spell and add your CHA modifier to Will saves vs Emotion and Fear effects.

At 9th level, this bonus increases to +2. At 18th level, this bonus increases to +4.

Inspire Competence lvl. 1 Secret
[Language Dependent, Emotion, Mind-Effecting]
You calm and bolster your ally, allowing them to focus intently on their task at hand.
SP: 3
Components: V, S
Casting Time: Standard Action

You grant one adjacent ally a bonus to a skill of your choice that they are trained in. This bonus persists until they next make a check with that skill. That ally may Take Ten on that check even in combat.

At 9th level, this spell's casting time is a Move Action. At 18th level, this spells' duration is a Minor Action.

Sooth the Wounded lvl. 1 Secret
[Healing, Mind-Effecting]
A relaxing resonance fills your ally, making them forget their pains more and more over time.
SP: 3
Components: V, S
Casting Time: Standard Action
Range: Touch
Duration: 1 round per level

One creature touched heals a number of hit points equal to your CHA modifier. For the duration of the spell, at the start of their turn, that creature heals the same amount of hit points. If this spell heals the creature above max hit points, they gain the remaining hit points as bonus temporary hit points.

Anoint Hero lvl. 1 Secret
[Alteration]
The power of the Word ignites the inner hero.
SP: 3
Components: V, S
Casting Time: Standard Action
Range: Touch
Duration: Sustain Minor, max 10 rounds.

One touched ally adds your CHA modifier to Athletics, Acrobatics and Intimidate skill rolls, CMB and CMD. They treat natural rolls of 19 as natural 20's and do not treat natural 1's as critical failures.

A given creature may only be targeted with this spell once per day.

Sound Lance still has a save listed when it shouldn't.

Sooth the Wounded should probably be Soothe the Wounded. Also, Level*Cha healed is better than the equivalent Vitae spell (Cha+2*Level) in many cases even before the possibility of adding it as temp HP. Is that intended?

If you're your own ally still then Anoint Hero is a decent self-buff. Intended?

Soothe (you're right) is better because there's no way to get Bardic Secrets are the only spells you can't get as a feat. Anyone can get the vitae spell.

And yes, you are always your ally.
